Main features

Eicoprene

Eicoprene is a foam material that has the same technical features and profile as conventional neoprene. However, there is nothing conventional about the origins of this new material. Whereas neoprene is petroleum-based, Eicoprene is made from a mix of limestone, novelty oyster shell powder and recycled tires.

Flexskin

Flexskin is an eco-friendly and extremely stretch neoprene that allows full freedom of movement while surfing by being highly flexible around the arms, shoulders and upper-body.

4 Way Stretch

Horizontally and vertically stretchable fabric for optimal freedom of movement.

Fully taped seams

Fully sealed seams prevent water and moisture from seeping in, even in the most demanding conditions. They guarantee long-lasting waterproof protection and also maximize the overall strength of the garment, for dry comfort and consistent performance throughout your activity.

Global Recycled Standard

The Global Recycled Standard provides verification of recycled materials, and then tracks the materials throughout the entire supply chain and to the finished product. It includes additional social,
environmental, and chemical processing requirements.

Bluesign Approved Fabric

Bluesign technologies works at each step in the textile supply chain to approve chemicals, processes, materials and products that are safe for the environment, safe for workers, and safe for the end custom

Details that make all the difference

Chest-zip entry

Reduces water ingress while providing optimal freedom of movement.

Knee pads

Protect the areas subject to the most wear and tear to extend the suit's lifespan.

Watertight seals

Elastic wrist seals minimize water entry.

Comfort zones

Twice as thick to protect your ribs.
Description
Paddling has never been so good! Featuring our brand new Flex Skin technology, the Equation 3/2 Flex Skin Front Zip is an ultra-stretch, heavy-duty wetsuit ideal for spring and summer! Equation wetsuits are made with the latest Eicoprene technology, a non-petroleum based synthetic foam derived from a mix of oyster shell powder, limestone, and recycled tires. To laminate the recycled polyester lining we use Aqua-A™, a solvent-free water-based glue with no harmful chemicals. The Equation 3/2 Front Zip version is designed for sessions in 57°F-66 °F water. The WPF lining (Warmth Performance), our warmest lining available, makes this wetsuit stand out. The 3D-Knit construction and the WPF lining provide warmth by trapping air between each loop. The denser fabric offers extra comfort. Its front zip and watertight seals minimize water entry. Comfort zones protect your ribs when paddling. It also features glued, blind-stitched, fully-taped seams (GBS), which provide protection, stretch, and water resistance.
