Picture Lifetime Repair Warranty – Terms and Conditions

WARRANTY DESCRIPTION, TERMS, AND CONDITIONS

  • The PICTURE ORGANIC CLOTHING warranty

PICTURE ORGANIC CLOTHING warranties all of its products against potential manufacturing defects for a period of 2 years starting from the purchase date.

As part of the brand’s commitment to the environment, PICTURE offers a lifetime repair warranty for the following products*:

  • Outerwear jackets and pants (ADVENTURE, EXPEDITION, FRIENDS and KIDS ranges)
  • Midlayers (First layers excluded)
  • Beewax jackets (Heritage range)

For these products, PICTURE will make repairs to all seams, zippers, buttons, and any other parts that go missing (patches, drawstrings) for the entire lifetime of the garment.

  • Conditions for our standard warranty

1- The warranty only applies to PICTURE ORGANIC CLOTHING products purchased at a licensed PICTURE dealer and only for the original purchaser.

2- All claims must be accompanied by the proof of purchase/original receipt from a licensed PICTURE dealer.

3- All repaired products are subject to part or fabric availability. We will do all that we can to ensure that the colors and styles match but we cannot warranty that your repaired product will be identical to your original purchase.

  • The following damage is not covered by our warranty

PICTURE’s warranty does not cover problems or damage related to improper use or neglect.

However, we will do our best to guide you and offer you an amenable solution that, if necessary, will be at your own expense.

The following is not covered by our warranty:

  • Damage caused by improper use, abuse, or neglect.
  • Damage caused by shocks, rips, or tears.
  • Cuts/stains/holes.
  • Discoloration/shrinking/pilling caused by failure to follow our washing instructions.
  • Normal wear and tear, discoloration due to intense or abnormal use of the garment.
  • Additional conditions for our lifetime repair warranty

Damage caused by wear, rips, and tears due to improper use or poor care of the garment are not covered.

“Lifetime” means the lifetime of the product (and not the purchaser). How long a product lasts depends on how you care for and use it. Outdoor sports can be tough on your clothing and gear. To increase the longevity of your PICTURE garments or gear, our FAQ provides care and maintenance recommendations.

All repaired products are subject to part or fabric availability. We will do all that we can to ensure that the colors and styles match, but we cannot warranty that your repaired product will be identical to your original purchase.

HONORING THE WARRANTY

To ensure your satisfaction, PICTURE does everything possible to provide you with an adequate, personalized solution based on your claim and the limitations of the geographic areas where the warranty applies. Every year, we enhance our skill set and improve our processes.

For all claims regarding a manufacturing defect, please wash the garment or product before sending it to us. Go to the FAQ on our website for washing instructions.

1)     EUROPE – EU

You will be asked to provide:

  • Your contact information: first name, last name, full mailing address, telephone number, and email address (this information will be only be used to track your package).
  • The contact information of the dealer where you purchased the product.
  • The description of the item (size, color).
  • 2 photos of the item (an overview photo of the garment and a close-up photo of the defect).
  • A copy of the proof of purchase or receipt.

REPAIRS

To send in garments or products for repair, we will provide you with a tracking number.

The PICTURE ORGANIC CLOTHING repair warranty covers all repair costs as well as return postage (to your place of residence).

We highly recommend that you select any tracking and insurance options for the package you send.

PICTURE ORGANIC CLOTHING does not cover the product during shipping from the consumer to the center making the repair(s), and is not liable for any damages or costs resulting from the loss of use.

The article will be repaired and returned within a maximum of 20 business days starting from the day the repair center receives the product.
