Privacy Policy
The data collected and processed by PICTURE are those that the Customer willingly provides in the form and includes, at minimum, the first and last names of the Customer, a delivery address, and a valid email address.
All required data are necessary to manage orders, authenticate payments, and deliver the Products. This required data may also be provided to the companies who fulfill and manage orders, or process payments. The data are stored and saved for the time needed to accomplish and finalize the aforementioned actions.
The data processing procedure was filed with the CNIL (receipt no. 2000820), the agency governing data privacy in France.
In compliance with the French information technology and civil liberties law passed on January 6, 1978, referred to as the “Information Technology, Data Files, and Civil Liberties Act,” modified by the law passed on August 6, 2004, the Customer is reminded that they have the right to access and modify their personal data, and may exercise this right by contacting PICTURE, making sure to provide their last name, first name, and email address, either by sending an email to: online@picture-organic-clothing.com or a letter by regular mail to: PICTURE ORGANIC CLOTHING 175 RUE GEORGES CHARPAK 63118 CEBAZAT – FRANCE.
In compliance with article 17 of the General Data Protection Regulation, the customer has the right to erasure (“the right to be forgotten”) and can request that all of their data be deleted by contacting Picture Organic Clothing by email at rgpd@picture-organic-clothing.com or by sending their request by regular mail to PICTURE ORGANIC CLOTHING, 175 RUE GEORGES CHARPAK, 63118 CEBAZAT, FRANCE. Please include your first name, last name, and email address.
The Customer may, for legitimate reasons, oppose the processing of their personal data.

Based on the choices made when creating or viewing their account, the Customer may receive offers from PICTURE and/or its partners.
