We deliver only in France (excluding French overseas departments and territories), Austria, Belgium, Germany, Netherlands, Luxembourg, and Hungary.

3 - 5 days delivery via DPD.

Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday during business hours

Shipping fees

France: Standard shipping. FREE with purchase orders 100€ or over (below 100€: 3.90€ fee, including taxes)

Austria, Belgium, Germany, Netherlands, Luxembourg, and Hungary: 9.90 € fee including taxes.

Shipment tracking

Get tracking information from your order history by clicking the link in the confirmation email that was sent to you. Please note that tracking your shipment will take you to a third parties website that we do not control.

Good to know

You should get your goods within the times confirmed upon order. However, delivery times are quoted for information only and are not binding.

We will not be able to change a delivery address once your order has gone through. If no one can take receipt of the goods, the carrier will leave a notice of attempted delivery in your mailbox. The goods become yours and your own responsibility upon acceptance of the complete order delivery.

In case you are not happy with your gear, we will take returned items within 21 days (upon receipt of your order).

You can retract your order, without penalties or reason. Return fees will be at your own charge. We advise opting for a return shipment requiring a signed delivery receipt.

We will accept returned items complying with the following:

  • Gear must be returned in the conditions you received it (new, unused, unwashed), including manufacturer tags where applicable.

All returned items are handled and controlled upon reception. We reserve the right to reject the return of products that do not meet these conditions.

You’ll receive a full refund for items returned in new, unused condition.

How do I return an order?

You can create a return agreement from an order in your Order history menu using your account.

A return agreement authorization form is available in the order details section for any order dated within 21 days from the shipment or delivery date.

In the case of a guest order, go to the account login page in the "Check Order" section.

Enter your order number + email + billing zip code to access directly the tracking of your order and make the return request.

You can then, proceed to return the items you do not wish to keep.

After-sales service

We offer a 2-years warranty on all products. Defective or damaged products can be returned within a period of 2 years from their order date with a full refund, excluding shipping fees.

Picture Organic Clothing will bear the return costs.

The warranty does not cover the following:

  • Damage caused by abuse, improper care, or negligence
  • Improper care and ignorance of care instructions causing the natural breakdown of colors and materials or shrinkage
  • Damage caused by wear and tear
  • Mutilation
  • Normal wear and tear of materials over time or through use

In order for our customer service team to handle your request, you must contact the store from which you bought your item, first. After examination and review by our customer service experts, we will either repair, replace or accept the return of the product in exchange for a refund.
