Article 1 — Organization
Picture Organic Clothing (hereinafter “the Organizer”) is hosting a scratch-off game requiring a purchase (hereinafter “the Game”), available at participating retail locations from September 1 through December 31, 2026.
This Game is governed by these rules, filed with a bailiff or kept in the Organizer’s records. The rules are available upon request from the Organizer’s customer service.
Article 2 — Participation conditions
2.1 Eligibility
The Game is open to any natural person aged 18 or over at the time of participation, residing in mainland France, Switzerland, Germany, the Netherlands, Belgium, and Austria, excluding:

employees of the Organizer and their beneficiaries;
-
legal entities.
Any participation by a minor will be automatically cancelled and the ticket invalidated. In case of doubt, the Organizer reserves the right to request valid identification.
2.2 Purchase requirement
Participation in the Game requires the purchase of one or more Picture Organic Clothing products in a participating store. There is no minimum purchase amount required.
For each validated purchase, the participant receives one (1) scratch ticket, regardless of the number of items purchased in the same transaction. One ticket is issued per receipt, not per item.
2.3 Number of entries
There is no limit to the number of entries per person. Participants may enter as many times as they make eligible purchases, while stocks last.
Article 3 — Game procedures
3.1 Ticket distribution
Scratch tickets are handed out directly at checkout for each eligible purchase, while supplies last. Distribution ends once all 5,000 tickets have been issued.
3.2 Ticket structure
A total of 5,000 tickets have been issued, including 105 winning tickets (2% win rate).

The remaining 4,895 tickets (98%) are non-winning tickets and do not entitle the holder to any prize or compensation.
Article 4 — Prize description and delivery
4.1 Prize #1: Picture bottle
· Nature: branded Picture Organic Clothing bottle
· Indicative value: €15 incl. tax
· Quantity: 100
· Delivery: handed directly at checkout in the store where the winning purchase was made. The winning ticket must be presented and will be retained. No shipping is available.
4.2 Prize #2: SS26 Jacket
· Nature: one (1) jacket from the Spring-Summer 2026 (SS26) collection
· Indicative value: €100–€195 incl. tax
· Quantity: 5
Model selection: The winner freely chooses a jacket model from those offered by the Organizer at the time of claim, subject to availability.
Claim procedure (mandatory):
1. Take clear photos of the front and back of the winning ticket.
2. Send both photos via direct message (DM) to the official Instagram account: @pictureorganicclothing.
3. The Organizer will acknowledge receipt and contact the winner to arrange delivery within the timeframe specified in Article 5.
Incomplete requests will not be processed.
Article 5 — Claim deadlines
Winning tickets must be presented or reported within thirty (30) calendar days from the purchase date shown on the receipt.
After this period, no prize can be claimed. Unclaimed prizes will remain with the Organizer without compensation.
Article 6 — Verification and validation
The Organizer reserves the right to carry out any checks necessary to verify the validity of a winning ticket.
In case of doubt (alteration, forgery, reproduction, etc.), the Organizer may refuse to award the prize without liability. Any altered, forged, incomplete, or fraudulently obtained ticket will be considered null and void.
The Organizer may also request the corresponding purchase receipt.
Article 7 — Prize characteristics
Prizes are awarded as is and cannot be exchanged, refunded, or converted into cash, except in cases of force majeure or unavailability.
If a prize is unavailable, the Organizer may substitute it with one of equal or greater value.
For SS26 jackets, model choice depends on availability at the time of claim.
Article 8 — Personal data protection
Personal data collected as part of the Game is processed in accordance with applicable regulations, including GDPR (EU) 2016/679.
Data is used solely for managing the Game and awarding prizes and will not be shared for commercial purposes.
Participants have rights of access, rectification, deletion, and objection by contacting the Organizer.
Article 9 — Liability
The Organizer shall not be held liable for:
· technical failures affecting Instagram messages;
· fraudulent use of tickets by third parties;
· events beyond its control (force majeure, stock shortages, etc.).
The Organizer reserves the right to modify, extend, shorten, or cancel the Game without notice.
Article 10 — Disputes and applicable law
These rules are governed by French law. Any dispute shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of French courts.
